Large or multi-day event? Then we deploy a complete, coordinated team — photo and video, multiple locations at once and same-day output. We scale up to 38+ photographers, complemented by videographers and a live feed operator. One point of contact, one consistent style.
Photo and video are always handled by separate specialists — so for a combination we plan two people. Aerial footage via a certified drone partner is possible where the location allows. We combine exactly what your event calls for — nothing more, nothing less.

Michiel regularly hosts training days and online sessions. On location the team works independently, with Michiel as the responsible lead who is always reachable.

Everything you want to know
We scale with your event. For smaller events we work with 2-3 people (photographer + videographer). For large multi-day trade shows or conferences we deploy teams of up to 38+ photographers, optionally complemented by videographers and a live feed operator. We always think along about the ideal staffing based on your programme and location.
Same-day means you receive a first edited selection of the strongest images on the same day as the event. For multi-day events you receive photos at the end of day 1, so you can publish content that evening. It's also ready to use for speakers, guests and social media.
Absolutely. You choose which services you need. We work just as well as a pure photography partner as a full content team with photo, video and live feed. Everything is bespoke, no standard packages.
Michiel Ton is always the responsible lead, whether he's on location himself or guiding the team from the briefing. All photographers are trained in the TON Media way of working and style. That way you always get consistent results, even with larger teams.
The earlier the better, especially for large teams or multi-day events. In busy periods (spring and autumn) we recommend getting in touch at least 6-8 weeks in advance. Get in touch even if your date is closer. We always look at what's possible.
Flexibility is one of our core values. We work independently on location and adapt when the planning changes. Beforehand we make a solid briefing so everyone knows the priorities, but on-the-spot adjustments are never a problem.
Yes. Video production is an integral part of our offering. We produce aftermovies, event recaps, speaker highlights and short social media reels. All bespoke: from a quick 60-second reel for Instagram to an extensive atmospheric video for your website or next edition.
