Why I do this
In 2009 I started a party website with friends: exQlusiv.com. It grew into a platform with international reach. And the best thing we did? Giving other photographers the chance to shoot festivals on our behalf. A worldwide community of photographers grew out of it, all helping each other forward.
That's where I learned what I still see every week, years later, running my own event photography team: in the right environment, you grow automatically. I'm also a certified teacher in social skills, so teaching runs deep with me. Those two things come together in TON Community.
