tonmedia.com is the website of MichielTon B.V. (TON Media & TON Community). We keep things simple: we only store what we need, never sell anything, and you can always reach us at michiel@tonmedia.com.
What we store
If you fill in the contact form, we store your name, organisation, email address and message so we can answer your request. If you sign up for the community, we store your first name, email address and the answers you provide (such as region, specialisation and portfolio link) to send you the email series and get to know you as a photographer.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in a secured European database (Supabase) and in our business email system (Google Workspace). The website runs on Vercel. These are our only processors; nothing is shared with or sold to other parties.
Cookies
We use no tracking cookies and no ad pixels. Only a small cookie that remembers your language choice.
How long, and how to opt out
Unsubscribe from the emails (one click at the bottom of every email) and they stop immediately. Want all your data removed? Email michiel@tonmedia.com and it is done within a few days. You can also always ask what we have on file.
